Welcome to Charly OCR, an online Optical Character Recognition service developed and maintained by ANIX. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Charly OCR's website https://charlyocr.com (collectively the "Service"), provided by ANIX ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

All content, documents, and information on this website is for individual use only, respecting all copyright and ownership rights, including third-party rights. Public display, publication, transmission, modification, reproduction, participation in transfers, sales, distribution, creation of copies, uploading, or any other form of use of the content of these pages is strictly prohibited without prior written permission from ANIX. If permission is granted, you must not delete or alter any existing copyright or trademark notices.

By use of the Service, the user accepts all risks that may come out of the use of the Service and agrees to use this Service for personal and individual use only.

Any unauthorized or illegal use of the digital content provided by Charly OCR may result in ANIX charging the user tenfold the amount specified in the price list.

Charly OCR may require of ANIX to perform the processing of personal data on behalf of a user of the Service ("User"). In such cases the User acts as the data controller for all data they provide to ANIX. ANIX acts solely as the data processor and processes the data only as per the instructions of the User.

The User is responsible for ensuring they have the necessary legal basis for sharing the data with ANIX.

All digital images uploaded to Charly OCR's services are not stored in persistent memory and are ever only used for the purpose of character recognition.

If you intend to buy any product or service offered through our Service ("Purchase"), you may be required to provide certain information related to your Purchase. This information may include, but is not limited to, your credit card number, the credit card security code, the credit card expiration date, and your billing address. By providing this information, you confirm that: (i) you possess the legal authorization to utilize any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) for making a Purchase, and (ii) the details you provide to us are accurate, truthful, and complete. When you submit such information, you authorize us to share it with third parties to facilitate the fulfillment of your Purchase.

Your use of Charly OCR is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ANIX, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and licensors do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; that any errors or defects will be corrected; that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or that the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.

We're constantly updating and making improvements to what we offer on the Service. Sometimes the prices, descriptions, or availability of our products and/or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and we may experience delays in updating information on the Service and/or in our advertising on other web sites. We reserve full right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

ANIX shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in relation with the use of or reliance on any content available on or through this Service.

ANIX does not offer any refunds. Prior to a purchase, the user has access to the functionalities of the platform and enough time to make a decision about purchase.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Croatia.

We may terminate or suspend access to any account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation, a breach of Terms. Upon termination, the user's right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by ANIX. ANIX has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that ANIX shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.

Charly OCR may update these Terms of Use as necessary to reflect changes in our services or applicable regulations. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting an updated policy on our website and by updating the "Last Modified" section. Upon making changes to our Terms of, it becomes valid immediately upon publication. By continuing to access or use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
